I am Kevin, a seasoned chef and former restaurant manager with almost two decades of diverse culinary experience. My journey ignited as a young child, learning from my mom in the kitchen . From there, I dived into the culinary world at Jason's Deli at 16, followed by formal education through the ProStart program and Johnson and Wales University.
In 2010, I added a unique chapter, joining the Army as a culinary specialist. This unexpected path allowed me to refine my craft and immerse myself in the culinary arts. During the years I was able to travle around the world, literally, being able to cook and learn cuisines from people of all continents and cultures. Afterward, I managed various restaurants and bars, honing my culinary and management skills.
Today, I'm excited to share this wealth of experience with you. Through my platform, I'll unveil insights, strategies, and the art of culinary triumph. Together, we'll navigate the dynamic restaurant industry, celebrating successes and uncovering the secrets to culinary excellence.
